Receiving from Supplier
- Receiving of the inventory with exact count validation.
- Visual inspection for damaged inventory.
- Immediate email dispatch with photos of the received inventory.

Amazon FBA Prep Services
- Detaching of old labels.
- Sticking FNSKU labels on each unit.
- Executing additions: Bundling, PolyBags, Inserts, BubbleWrap, and Palletizing.
- Pack and Prep meeting strict Amazon Standards.
- Box Packing with the necessary dunnage.
- Final Box Labelling and Shipping to Amazon Warehouses.

FBM Services (Direct to Consumer)
- Receiving inventory directly from the vendor.
- Repackaging (Standard PolyBag packaging included).
- Sticking shipping labels (provided by client).
- Final drop-off and handoff to the courier for delivery.

Amazon Returns Processing
- Receive returned product from Amazon.
- Conduct comprehensive visual inspection for damage.
- Return to sale inventory (FBM charges apply) OR route back to you (client provides return label).
